He has a degree in Computer Science (UNIFENAS 1995), and completed his MA (1999) and PhD (2005) in Computer Science at the University of Sao Paulo (USP). He is currently the head of the technological division at the Electronic Computing Centre (ECC) and professor at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME), both part of the University of Sao Paulo. At ECC he coordinates projects related to the development of an IT Services Governance and Management model. He has experience in Computer Science, focusing on IT Governance and Computer Security.
